Annual General Meeting 2011
OXFORD AVIATION ACADEMY LONDON OXFORD AIRPORT (KIDLINGTON)
SATURDAY, 1ST OCTOBER, COMMENCING AT 13.30 HOURS
Upon arrival a membership card will be required to access the Security Gate. All parking will be at Car Park "Y". Parking elsewhere will result in the car being clamped with the resultant extremely-high release fee being applicable
The AGM will take place in the Lecture Theatre at Oxford Aviation Academy which is located directly opposite the main terminal on the first floor.
There is a Cafe Bar and Shop which will be open for you to purchase from a bar food menu and a grab-and-go sandwich/baguette point should you wish to eat prior to the AGM. Complimentary tea and coffee will be served in the restaurant adjacent to the stairs for the Lecture Theatre from 12.30, but please note it is the Academy protocol that no food is allowed in the theatre. The restaurant is closed to the general public on a Saturday.
HANGAR TOURS
There will be escorted tours of those hangar areas for which we are able to negotiate permission. These will commence at 10.00 and will take place every 30 minutes. Tours must be pre-booked and are limited in numbers, therefore a first-come basis will apply. Obviously, your arrival may be delayed, but as long as we know of your intended attendance, we will attempt to juggle each tour's participants accordingly. There will be NO tours after the AGM. Please contact as per below details, giving your name, membership number, time of proposed tour together with a telephone number and / or e-mail address. All bookings must be received by Wednesday, 21st September.
COACH TRANSPORTATION
This year we are unable to offer a coach service from London.
